Subscriptions remain the best value
Monthly plans are priced lower per included page than once-off credits, so regular users save by subscribing.
Credits are moving to top-up pricing
Credit packs are still available for occasional conversions, overflow work, or once-off jobs, but they will cost more per page.
A new Practice plan is being added
The new R999/month Practice plan gives accountants and bookkeepers a middle option before Enterprise.

New monthly plan pricing
These are the monthly subscription prices that will apply from 8 June 2026. Subscriptions are meant for users who convert bank statements every month, which is why they are cheaper than buying the same volume through credit packs.

Credit packs
Once-off credit pricing
Credit packs are changing on the same date. They remain available for top-ups and occasional use, but they are being priced as flexible once-off purchases rather than the lowest-cost way to process recurring monthly volume.
Grandfathering for current subscribers
Grandfathering means your subscription does not jump to the new price on 8 June if you are already subscribed before the change. Instead, your current monthly subscription price stays in place until 8 September 2026. From 8 September 2026, the updated subscription pricing will apply.
Already subscribed before 8 June
You keep your current subscription price until 8 September 2026.
Subscribe any time before 8 June
You also receive the current subscription price for the same three-month period.
Buy credits before 8 June
You pay the current credit-pack price on that purchase before the new credit prices apply.
New subscriptions from 8 June
The updated subscription prices apply immediately from 8 June 2026.
The grandfathering window applies to subscription pricing. Credit packs are once-off purchases, so any credits bought before 8 June are simply bought at the current pack price before the new credit prices take effect.
