How much does Accounter cost?
Accounting plans are listed at R300/month for Small Business, R650/month for Bookkeeper, R900/month for Accounting Practice and R1,200/month for Accounting Partner. Every plan includes all features; plans differ by users, businesses and storage. Extraction subscriptions are separate and start at R249/month. What is included in the free Hub account?
Free: verify your email and get 10 free pages every calendar month (1 credit = 1 page), shared between the website and ChatGPT. Preview a statement without an account; you need a free account to download the CSV. A free Hub account does not start an accounting software trial.
Which plan should I choose for several clients?
Compare the Bookkeeper (20 businesses), Accounting Practice (50 businesses) and Accounting Partner (100 businesses) software plans if you manage client books. For document extraction, compare monthly page allowances and team seats in the separate extraction plans. Ask about the scope you need before choosing.
Can I review extracted transactions before using them?
Yes. The bank-statement converter shows transaction rows for review before CSV download. Check the output against the original statement; extraction can require corrections.
