Are accounting software and extraction the same subscription?
No. Accounting software plans and bank-statement/receipt extraction plans are separate offers. Enquire about an accounting plan for onboarding. Create a Hub account to use extraction and purchase more page credits.
Can I try extraction before buying?
Free: verify your email and get 10 free pages every calendar month (1 credit = 1 page), shared between the website and ChatGPT. Preview a statement without an account; you need a free account to download the CSV. Review extracted rows before using them.
How do I pay for extraction?
Sign in to your Hub account, choose a subscription or once-off credit pack, and continue to Paystack. Checkout shows the available payment methods. A redirect to checkout is not a completed payment; check your billing page for the result.
What is the difference between monthly credits and packs?
Extraction subscriptions include a monthly page allowance and a stated number of users. Credit packs are once-off top-ups, work with any plan and do not expire. Choose based on the pages and team seats you need.
What is the difference between the accounting plans?
Every accounting plan includes all features. Plans differ only by users, businesses and storage: Small Business R300/month (5 users, extra users R50, 1 business, 1GB), Bookkeeper R650/month (1 user, 20 businesses, 2GB), Accounting Practice R900/month (5 users, extra users R150, 50 businesses, 2GB) and Accounting Partner R1,200/month (10 users, extra users R75, 100 businesses, 5GB). Storage is fair use. Accounting Partner can add businesses monthly: 10 for R120, 20 for R220, 50 for R450 or 100 for R800.
What should I confirm before choosing an accounting plan?
Tell the team whether you manage one business or multiple clients, which features you need and how you want to get started. Ask about onboarding, any add-ons and applicable tax on your quote.
