Creating Footers
You can create Footers using either plain text or HTML. Footers may contain static text or dynamic content via merge tags. When editing a footer, a list of available merge tags will appear for your convenience.
Adding Images to Footers
To include an image within a footer, it's best to convert your image into Base64 format first. To do this:
- Use an online converter such as www.base64-image.de
- Once converted, copy the generated IMG tag (HTML) provided by the tool.
- Paste this IMG tag directly into your footer HTML field.
Choosing and Applying Footers
After creating a footer tailored for a specific document type (for example, a sales invoice), select your footer through the Footers field when editing the relevant document.
Automatically Applying Footers to Transactions
To automatically apply one or more footers to new transactions, use the Form Defaults feature. For further details on this, refer to our guide: Form Defaults.
