Import bank statement CSV files into QuickBooks
Accounter does not connect to QuickBooks. It turns a bank statement PDF into reviewed transaction rows and gives you a CSV file (it opens in Excel) that you upload to QuickBooks yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Accounter connect or sync with QuickBooks?
No. Accounter has no QuickBooks connection, app or sync, and never sends data to QuickBooks. You download a CSV file from Accounter and import it into QuickBooks yourself.
Which file does QuickBooks get?
A CSV file with one row per transaction: date, description, amount (or debit and credit) and balance. QuickBooks Online can upload bank transactions from a CSV file. Accounter only produces CSV, so if your QuickBooks product needs another format (such as QBO), Accounter cannot produce it.
Is the download an Excel file?
It is a CSV file. CSV opens directly in Excel and Google Sheets, so you can check or tidy it there before importing. Accounter does not produce a native .xlsx workbook.
