Convert multiple bank statement PDFs to CSV

Upload multiple bank statement PDFs for background extraction. Review each document and download its CSV for bookkeeping or accounting import preparation.

Upload statement PDFs

How does this work?

Sign in and drop your statement PDFs together to start one background batch. Check your available page credits before starting; credits can come from a subscription or a purchased pack. Review each document when processing finishes. Each statement remains a separate document for review and CSV download.

Updated · Accounter product workflow guide

  1. 1.Collect complete PDFs and name them by bank, account and statement period so you can identify each document.
  2. 2.Sign in to your Accounter Hub account and check your available page credits. You can use a purchased credit pack or subscription allowance.
  3. 3.Select or drop multiple PDFs into the upload area. Follow the batch panel prompts to start processing.
  4. 4.For locked PDFs, enter each file’s document password when prompted in the file list. Different passwords can stay in the same batch.
  5. 5.Review each completed document in your workspace, resolve any failed files and download the individual CSV outputs.

Try statement extraction

Preview the extracted rows before downloading. CSV downloads require an account and available credits. For batch processing, sign in and use available page credits from a purchased pack or subscription. Enter passwords per file when prompted.

Example: three months of bookkeeping

Illustrative workflow: select January, February and March PDFs for the same account. The batch processes them as three documents. Review each period separately and check the boundaries for overlapping transactions. If you later combine their CSVs in a spreadsheet, preserve the source filename and account so rows remain traceable.

Troubleshooting your statement

One statement fails while others finish

Check the failed document’s status and error. Correct its password or replace an unreadable PDF, then retry that file. Review successful files separately rather than treating the whole batch as verified.

Statements use different passwords

Enter each file’s document password beside that PDF when prompted. Files with different passwords can stay in the same batch.

Statement periods overlap

Compare dates, descriptions and amounts against the original PDFs before combining outputs. Do not remove rows by amount alone: repeated genuine transactions can have identical amounts.

Frequently asked questions

Can I convert several bank statements at once?+

Yes. Sign in, drop the PDFs together and check your available page credits. Purchased credit packs and subscription allowances support the background batch workflow. Review each completed statement.

Does batch conversion merge PDFs or CSVs?+

No. The extraction batch keeps documents separate. PDF merging is a separate tool, and combining downloaded CSV rows requires a separate review of accounts, currencies and overlapping periods.

Can a batch include different banks?+

You can submit multiple readable statement PDFs. Keep each bank, account and currency identifiable and review the extracted output for each file. Layout and scan quality affect extraction.

How much does a batch cost?+

Usage depends on the pages in your statements and your available credits. Use a purchased credit pack or subscription allowance. Review current extraction pricing before starting; there is no fixed per-batch price advertised here.
