Overview

Delivery notes are documents that accompany shipments to customers, providing details about what has been delivered. They serve as proof of delivery and help track inventory movements from your business to customers.

Creating a Delivery Note

To create a new delivery note:

  1. Navigate to the Delivery Notes tab
  2. Click New Delivery Note
  3. Select the customer receiving the delivery
  4. Enter delivery date and reference information
  5. Add items being delivered with quantities
  6. Include delivery address and special instructions
  7. Save the delivery note
